Budget Legal Advice takes a compliance-first approach. Before anything else, here’s exactly what we are, what we aren’t, and how we handle your data.

What we are

Budget Legal Advice is a marketing referral service for legal claims and advice, operated by Good Online Commerce Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

Regulatory framework

Claims management activity in the UK is regulated by the FCA. We do not manage claims ourselves or charge claims-handling fees — we introduce you to FCA-authorised claims management companies and SRA-regulated solicitors.

Accuracy and honesty

We do not provide legal advice ourselves. Any figures relating to specific claim types (e.g. PCP/car finance) are sourced from public FCA/regulatory guidance and kept up to date where possible. Where we’re not confident in a specific figure, we say so rather than guess.

Data protection

Advertising standards
